Smoked Salmon Dip
Ingredients for salmon dip:
6 to 7 ounces Smoked fish
8 ounces Cream cheese
3 tbsp Chopped green onion or chives
2 tsp Milk
Soften cream cheese and blend with milk until smooth. Stir in onions, fold in fish and refrigerate for two hours. Your smoked salmon dip is now ready to serve.
You can also add these to your smoked salmon dip recipe:
Roll in chopped parsley or chopped nuts
Add finely chopped red or green peppers
Add 2 tsp horseradish, 1 tsp lemon juice, and tabasco to taste
